Who We Are

The Growth Plan is a U.S. Strategy to address America’s housing crisis by letting Americans use their own tax dollars for housing.

Instead of sending income taxes through expensive federal processing systems, the Plan directs those dollars into locally managed, tax-free savings accounts that support rent, mortgages, repairs, and long-term stability.

The Growth Plan is grounded in a simple belief: affordable housing is central to the American Dream. With tens of millions of workers living in unaffordable or unstable housing, the Plan helps families pay for their homes with the money they already earn.

Our Mission

To make safe, stable housing affordable by giving individuals and working families direct control over a portion of their own tax dollars. We support redesigning the tax system to reduce waste, strengthen financial security, grow local economies, build long-term wealth, and expand opportunity.

We believe housing is dignity. Ownership builds stability. Government should empower people—not process their money at high cost or for inefficient or outdated programs. Every American deserves a secure place to call home.
